Most Cowboys fans believe JT is the guy choosing the penalty goal strategy-hes not-Coach Green said last week its his idea, thinks it will help get the boys into a rhythm.
I wouldn't be blaming JT for the clubs set plays either-just doing what Coach says.

I assume O'Neil has been rewarded for bad wing play and will move to centre (repeating the same cycle from years ago)
