I'd have Brian Too or Ratu and Jed Cartwright. But it could be Phillips, Naden, Tyrell, Johns, Critter 2.0 or Sam Smith. Apperently we poached this talented Titans kid but he did his acl it'll probably take awhile for him to get back into form.

Honestly I stand by my opinion from last year that Jed Cartwright would go decently in first grade at centre. His gigantic octopus arms fending his opposition centre + a flick pass is all he needs in attack. He seems competent in defense.

None of your preferred back up centres even have a full season of NSW Cup. The 1st 2 can't even play FG this year.

Not knocking you it is the roster that is the issue

Jed Cartwright has played in our 2017 NSW/Interstate cup winning side. He was feeding Sivo tries all year.

But about first grade yes none of them have played first grade. But before last year neither did Jarome Laui or Caleb Aekins (it was also Caleb's first year in NSW cup) and they both played well when given the opportunity. I back Jed Cartwright to go well.

Jed also played backrow that year. Most of this year injuried when he did play it was mainly backrow.

Assuming he does play centre he is very raw and things like reading defence will be hard

Stephen CRICHTON will be there eventually for sure, possibly get some Fg as well.

So RCG bough his own sauna, he's posting stuff on his instagram with him in it (for those of you who have never been in a sauna it's pretty unpleasant).

I remember a while ago @Panther_Daz made a post about how his work ethic is bad and the club is working to improve it. Since he's willing to go the extra mile I'm guessing there's been some noticeable progress.

Fisher-Harris signs new Panthers deal
Penrith Panthers is delighted to announce James Fisher-Harris has agreed to a three-year contract extension with the club.

The new deal means the 22-year-old forward will remain with Panthers until at least the end of the 2022 season.

"I'm really excited and grateful for the club to give me this opportunity," Fisher-Harris said.

"It's surreal when I think about where I've come from and where I am today.

"Penrith has become my second home. My family loves living here and all my mates are here too.

"It's crazy how much talent we have at the club. I think the sky's the limit in terms of what we can achieve together."
Fisher-Harris relocated from his native New Zealand to enter the Panthers development system in 2013.

Two years later he won a premiership with the Panthers NYC side before making his NRL debut in Round 1, 2016.

Fisher-Harris' breakthrough season was capped off by sharing the club's Ben Alexander Rookie of the Year Award with Nathan Cleary and making his international debut for the Kiwis at the 2016 Four Nations tournament.

After injuries curtailed his second season in the NRL, Fisher-Harris bounced back in 2018 and averaged 35 tackles and 93 running metres per game.

His current NRL record stands at 63 appearances and five tries, along with three appearances for New Zealand.
"James has come through the Panthers development system to now be an integral part of our NRL team," Panthers Executive General Manager Phil Gould AM said.

"Already a current Kiwi international, James still has the best part of his football career well ahead of him.

"We are delighted he has committed to Panthers until the end of 2022."
The re-signing of Fisher-Harris follows Jarome Luai (2021), Moses Leota (2022) and Waqa Blake (2023) recently committing to contract extensions with Panthers.
