Need to win. Otherwise were looking at dropping 4 in a row with the roosters/rabbits next. Then were likely out of the 8 and fighting to get the season back on track.

Probably the biggest test for the Raiders this year, how do they bounce back from a disappointing loss against a desperate Panthers? If they belong in the same sentence as the Top 3 they should do this and do it well, if not then Penrith could get their season back on track. Will back Canberra by 2

Another toughie to pick. You'd think after a poor loss like that, Stuart will have flames coming out his nostrils trying to get his side back on track quickly before losing becomes a habit again. On the other end, Penrith will be desperate as f**k to net a win.

Pennies will need to deliver a massive effort and we just haven't seen that from them this year.

If the raiders kick it down field on the last and then the panthers complete a set in their own half and kick it without being given a penalty it should be a better weak for the raiders

Panthers form is slowly getting there, but this match will depend who will stand up for the Panthers, and take the match by the scruff of the neck.

Cleary and Maloney need to get more a more purposeful drive from our forward pack, as we need to dominate. The dummies of our side need to completely cut out the soul destroying penalties. ..nothing more frustrating.

Given the point that they are obviously trying as hard as they can, there seems to be that x factor that a win is still a few matches away.

Canberra in better overall form, should bounce back with a 22-12 win here. They are in 4th place for a good reason, just as we find ourselves 3rd last.

agree with this. If Sticky and his men are serious they win this.

But its do or die for Panthers.

Important game for both teams in context of the season.

Season realistically done for Penrith if they lose. They recovered from a 2 wins 7 losses start to make the finals in 2017 but if they go 2-6 or 2-7 this year, they just don't have the quality in the squad to recover I think.

Regardless of who is coach, the Gains and losses for this year were simply not good enough. Can't lose Peachy, Merrin, CHN and only bring in Grant, Sele and Fuimaono. Just look at how CHN was carving up the Cowboys last week.

The Brad Drew Shield up for grabs this week.

If I had a second team it would be the Raiders. Yes even with Ricky as coach. I've always found them entertaining to watch. Hodgson can do it all himself as well.

I think Penrith will continue to improve as they have been the last fortnight and finally clinch a victory.

24-22.
