I'd be all in favour of the boundary going back to the fence, but it will never happen since ropes became mandatory in Australia in 2001, let alone the definition of a 'boundary' changing in the MCC laws of the game.

yeh, remembering the good old days with the sightscreens within the boundary of the field. If the ball hit the sightscreen on the full, it was still only a four, even if it was evidently going for six.

Would love to see some of that ball tracking overlayed with the vision. Seemed much straighter than that.

Some dicks in this forum didn't even want Smith in the squad, one in particular.

When a side is two down for virtually nothing, there is still not a player on the planet I'd rather have coming in than Steve Smith. If he was not picked, Australia lose that game.

Big effort to win that coming from where they were at the start.

A little controversy with Gayle being given out on what should have been a free hit after the umpire missed a massive no ball. Oh well. It's obviously a bad piece of umpiring, but it's not the Aussies fault and its not like Gayle was working with the understanding that he had a free hit.

Nice knock by Coulter Nile.
