And we let guys like Garrick/Herbert etc go....I was honestly shocked to see Garrick run down Pearson. I know which one I would have kept.

We need to face it we are a very average team we a few good players and a very poor coach who can’t adjust beyond the prepared game plan! That’s assuming that he has a game plan, not sure the players know it.
