Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has named his squad to face New Zealand Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium on Sunday.

With Nathan Cleary sidelined with an ankle injury, James Maloney has been named at halfback and Jarome Luai promoted to five-eighth.

Caleb Aekins drops out of the squad due to a shoulder complaint while Dean Whare is a chance of making his return from a hamstring injury.

The Panthers will wear the 2019 Home Jersey.

Unless Naden gets promoted to the top 30 he will be the one dropping out for Whare.

Other than that. The NRL would have to be willing to give an exemption because Yeo is not technically classed as a centre?

The NRL website said when it announced his promotion to Development squad that now he won't need to miss another game. You would think they would know the rules

Regardless. The club would know by Thurs or Friday if we are getting someone in if not then he replaces DWZ surely

What a brilliant graphic. Of course it is muddied somewhat by the fact that the teams haven't all played each other once, but even so, it's a great way to look at the trend. BTW the graph says we are f#cked and Bellamy should get a knighthood, what a coach. He delivers year after year.

In my opinion the Storm are still gaining benefit from their salary cap cheating years.
