NEWS: Parramatta Eels are in discussions currently with the Penrith Panthers and Regan Campbell-Gillard to lure him to the club by start of next season! Penrith are willing to pay a chunk of his contract in order to give another club a opportunity to take him, he has not asked for a release yet but is expected to within the next 48 hours! No. Or maybe yes. You can certainly sign them to a longer contract. I can't see why you couldn't sign them to a shorter deal if the player agreed to it......which is the potential stumbling block.

Pretty sure arrow has said he wants to remain at Titans. I would be pretty pleased with Welch and RCG.
