There is no better 5/8 when firing that Widdop. He was 5/8 of the year either last year or the year before. Austin was also up there. He will be sorely missed.

@WarringtonRLFC: Warrington Wolves can confirm that marquee signing Gareth Widdop has picked up a lower limb injury in training, having rolled his ankle.

He is likely to miss the start of the season with his current prognosis looking at a return around round 4.
