The opposition hooker won’t be 1st or 2nd choice due to injuries and does that mean Mann will be bench/backup.

The ability is there and he wants it. The coach doesn’t like him though so:
9 - Mann
14 - Buhrer

Your kidding, season/semi’s on line, best team picked and play, squad and fans deserve nothing less, Levi to 9, Mann or Buhrer to 14. Realistically same side as last week with only likely changes Levi for Watson and Glasby for King.

If I had to guess I reckon Best to wing, keep our centres Hunt and Moga in place, Mann to continue as bench hooker, Sione back to bench and play an impact role in the middle (where I think he's best), Guerra out (harsh but he did drop the ball early in the second half against the Cowboys which resulted in 4 repeated sets on our line, so if you cut anyone it would be him).

Only other changes would be Levi straight swap for Watson and Glasby straight swap for King.

My final team:

1. Ponga
2. Best
3. Hunt
4. Moga
5. SKD
6. Lino
7. Pearce
8. Klemmer
9. Levi
10. D. Saifiti
11. Fitzgibbon
12. Barnett
13. Glasby
14. Mann
15. J. Saifiti
16. Ese'ese
17. Mata'utia

He’s only young. For gods sake, let’s not be assholes if he has a quiet game, the kids got big enough expectations as it is lol

Best is a centre so might be a straight swap Best for Moga, Levi for Watson and Glasby for King, meaning like last week Sione at centre and Mann on bench with Guerra to hold his as already 2 props on bench.

IMO you slot Best straight into his preferred position at right centre. In the past you'd 'ease' rookies in on the wing but I'm not sure that does them any favours these days with what is required of wingers in terms of kick returns, defusing kicks, etc
