No not good at all. Recently lost a mate to MND. Prick of a thing.

I think (my opinion mind you) that those that cop it eventually accept their fate and just hope for it to go as smoothly as possible. But it is those close by that really cop the wack. Things just get worse and there is nothing they can do.

Seeing a love one slide down a one way slope. No, it is not good at all.

Lost my sis to MND, many years ago. It is just about one of the worst things to be inflicted on a human being.No cure, no hereditary start.
The Burgesss Bros know all about it, with their late Dad.

Dreadfully sad. I played with Fish at the Logan City Scorpions before he headed down to Cronulla. Although he mainly played Hooker (Utility) for Cronulla he started at Fullback for Logan City.

I would say he played mid to late 90's - I am sure his last year at Logan was when Tommy was Coaching before he went to Wests - 1995?

Johnny Lang brought him down to the Sharks.

A tremendous fella, great friend and brilliant Rugby League player.
