You can bet that if we had to bring somebody out of our 30, Like Cayleb Milnes, we would get knocked back.

So that when the time comes, you can say no to the Sharks.
Having said that, it is clearly in the rules to allow players outside the top 30 to play, if you can demostrate necessity. Like, all your players suspended for being cheating cants etc.

No he is in our top 30, as per our web page & as per the NRL web site, which lists the top 30 registered players for each club.

We signed him to a top 30 deal the day before he played. Teams usually leave a spot or two until June 30th.
