Australia is declining entry for 2020 and the winner of Tier B comes up to stay with 3 teams. Cook Islands are entering B from next year.

Hasn't been much focus on this from New Zealand it appears. The whole build up has been quiet, which could mean an ambush from the Kiwis, or they aren't quite up for it. The losses in the forward pack will likely be telling in the end. Heart is with the Kiwis but head is shaking at the inclusion of Blair which is almost a sign of the white flag.

It never really mattered who won or lost these games in the first place. Total waste of time. If the Kiwis win will we see much celebration of their glorious 'Oceanic Cup' victory?

Hope the U23s put 100 on France. Hopefully someone somewhere in charge may realise countries need to play proper f**king tests and not send their reserve team halfway around the world to play an U23s curtain raiser.

Don't have much sympathy for France anymore. There is something pretty rotten going on there.

This game & 2 game "tour" in general is very strange. If done correctly with a strong side it could have been benificial. As it is they could have stayed home, saved thousands and ran this side out as France 'A' against some teams Jamaica, England Knights, Serbia, Ireland etc. They look that flat they will probably get done by the country team.
