In the backs, Dufty, Aitken, Lafai, Hunt and at least one of Ravalawa and Pearson should have been signed short term - on one year deals.

Dufty should not have been extended early last season.
Aitken and Lafai should only have been extended on season instead of 3 / 4 years.
Ravalawa and Pearson alsoshould have been signed for one year.
Hunt has been up and down since he arrived. I'd rather Norman at half and Sailor or Dufty at five-eighth. We can make better use of Hunt's salary cap space for a fullback.

Mary should have been sacked long ago and has caused so much damage to the Club and the playing squad.

I agree with you re Hunt but Mary's 123 structured easy to read game plans have an affect on him as he is a natural ball runner and should be encouraged to take the line more on.

Now we have Norman and he is a genuine deft kicker and good reader of opposition defense and surprise attack we should be using both to their strengths and let them play what is in front of em. His best forwards should be outside as he can put someone in a hole.

Plus on numerous occasions playing behind a pack that’s been totally outplayed hasn’t helped. You could possibly throw Dufty into this as well, especially the inept structures.

Yes it does, you're right.
I'm happy that we have Ben Hunt as our halfback and not Josh McCrone thats for sure. On his best day he is a gem.
Just need him to show more confidence, stand up when the pressure is on be consistent.
Hopefully the next coach that comes in in round 11 2020 works well with Ben and 2021 is a better year for him and our club.
