Lots of numpties been thrown silly money but who do we consider to have been the most impacting or best value signings during the decade?
Roosters - Cronk (the missing piece that allowed them to go back to back, something Pearce was never going to deliver)
Sharks - Lewis (a true leader whose no nonsense approach gave them starch to finally win one)
Storm - Josh Ado-Carr (the excitement machine that turned the Storm's dour attack into something that could score from anywhere)
Souths - Sam Burgess (the inspiration they needed to lift them to the top and showed the NRL there was talent to be found in SL)
