So to answer your question , no.
They came up with 11 years thinking most cases aren't that serious so they can be seen to do something whilst not really doing much. The discretion thing was put in in case the media went ape shit on a particular issue ala Barba {though he is a drop kick so no tears from me}

This case stinks to high hell.

Fully expecting Josh to be acquitted, and not in the same way that Walker was (which, let's be honest, was an absolute joke).

This one seems like a REAL piece of work, given some of the word that has come out about her antics.
