Not at all. Just questioning gergs numbers. He’s wrong but that doesn’t matter when trying to colour a story, does it

By the way, who do you support?

Roberts was signed after GIs medical retirement came through and what, your telling me the Arrow and Mitchell signings coming hot on the heels of the Surgess medical retirement is purely coincidental?

catch up old boy.

We do not have Arrow or Michell for this year so your claim of 3 is clearly wrong

AND

you claim of losing 2 is also wrong.

toddle off and find a new conspiracy to dig up.

who do you support?

Couldn't have afforded Arrow without the dodgy Surgess situation.

This is the new LOL@souths thread, not the 'who do I support' thread.

Out of curiosity on the B.S scale, where was Matulino?

Souths were sure as hell getting more of a return from Burgess than Balmain from him.
Someone on here posted the stats, I think Matulino played 20 plus games for the tigers before his injury and zero after his injury. Burgess played after his injury, and gi just couldn't be f**ked anymore. So on the b.s. scale Matulino would rate a 0 both souff's players a solid 10. Also can't forget to mention that it took the nrl 4 months to aprove matilinos retirement and Burgess at least 8 minutes, which just so happened be the most convenient time in the player market. Cheers

Souths fans were saying Matulino was plagued with knee injuries before we signed him so we shouldn’t have got the medical retirement.

He played 52 of the last 53 possible games before he injured his knee with us. Then didn’t play again.

From memory Burgess played 11 of 17 possible games after the shoulder injury (1 missed due to suspension) and had had multiple injuries on the same shoulder.

Matulinos case took just under 4 months to be approved, Burgess came in right on 5 weeks. A week before it was approved Todd GreenBerg was quoted saying he hoped it got approved and that it was sorted soon.

And BTW whilst we can’t argue against Packer, Reynolds and McQueen being dud signings, Matulino had actually been very good for us.

Souths have always been dishonest cheats, why would you expect any different! It is in their DNA.

Matulino was solid. The shoulder charge rule killed off his dominance.

He was deserved of medical retirement. He didn't even want to give away the game but his body genuinely couldnt cope.

But whats good for some, is not good for others.
