Aussie Batsman in the final 10 overs:

Steve Smith:
21 balls
36 runs
1 wicket

Everyone else:
39 balls
22 runs
4 wickets

Awful. Particularly from Agar who never even looked like playing a shot.

It’s actually not bad from agar. Couldn’t take any risks and the death bowling was excellent. Better to get a run a ball than get out and leave most of an over out there.

Right, so Debayan will take you through the first 10 overs after the lunch break. Meanwhile, how about a football teaser?

In what used to be the Premier League's marquee clash, Liverpool host Manchester United later tonight. They're on course to lift the trophy, but can they break Man City's points record, or match Arsenal's Invincibles?

English soccer, very relevent in an Australia V India cricket game..........

Have they been hanging around the VFL fans, who infiltrate the aussie commentary during summer?
