Soccer rule changes

1. the goal keeper should be allowed to touch the ball with hands anywhere inside own half.
2. Once he has it in hand can only take 4 or 5 steps with it.
3. If the keeper is outside the box his team cannot have another player inside the box.

This would make soccer way better.
