Just quoting what was in the article..
I think people need to get over the fact players break contracts for a myriad of reasons..
"He broke his contract by negotiating a release"
"He broke his contract because it became untenable with the coach"
"He broke his contract to be closer to family"
We're not looking for a legal interpretation
here...
Quite simply If they haven't seen out the full duration of the contract they signed then the contract has been broken..(and may be very good reasons for it)
Again and anyway its become boring..

You relentlessly hanging on to the term "players break contracts", when they simply don't. Merkins on here have shown that there are many many instances where players have wanted to cease employment at a club and they have been denied. There are also instances where a player has been released from his obligations by mutual agreement. That's it. Let it go.

Don't worry mate. Just change the definition of key terms and you can argue anything. For example, change 'eats' to 'roots', then you can confidently say that Person X roots goats.

Can we stop talking about contracts.
If Stefano really wants out he will. Honestly I believe he will end up at Tigers and be another Twal/ Alioi level nrl player and nobody will care.

I've just changed the definition of "Person X" to mean "specifically anyone who uses the term broken contract with no understanding of what's actually happened"
