I wouldn’t be happy as a Cronulla fan either, the club pays overs for dud impulse buys like Dugan,Moylan,Johnson, push out a rookie Center to the knights, then pay to get him back, stack their team with unwanted backs, and then throw a hissy fit when a 34yr old wants out of a club because they are forcing him to play a position he never signed on to play

Give them Ryan hall as a swap, specialist international winger at the same stage of his career.

I wouldn’t of let latrell walk this year if it was up to me either, I don’t see any benefit to the club, there was no monetary compensation or a player swap.

This is where we all seem to blame the player for no loyalty, yet the club is happy to flick them mid contract for their own benefit too.

I though most fans on here handled the Latrell thing pretty well, plenty of sooking on Facebook though.

In any event, the club decided there was no use hanging on to someone who didnt want to be there so they let him go even though he is an international centre with it all in front of him

You guys on the other hand are having a hissy fit about a 34 year old journeyman. It would be a complete non issue if he didn't want to leave buthe does. Keeping him there will only be of detriment to your club.

He didn't want to be at the club, we have to accept that.

Keeping him around this year would serve no purpose other than to piss souths off or piss Latrell off if they made him play reggies.

From all reports his attitude in negotiations stunk and the club obviously decided they were better off without the media storm for 2020 and moved on.

I just don't see the value of keeping someone around who doesn't want to be there. May as well bite the bullet and blood someone else.

The J-Moz rumour isn't a new one, it started approximately 1 second after Billy smith got injured so I can't believe it is just now we have approached so something must have changed.
