I actually feel it's a bit sad that there may not be an Australian anthem before kickoff.
They are representing the original Australian's after all.

I think Trav is referring to an anthem that the indigenous community would consider to be more inclusive.

Like Southy has mentioned, I'm referring to a lack of inclusion in the current anthem for the Indigenous.

It isn't that 'they don't like it', it is that their people are represented by an anthem that has no reference to them.

Not playing an anthem before the game helps keep the spotlight on the footy but it isn't the solution. The Indigenous All Stars are representing Australia imo and should have a relevant anthem pre-game.

Anyway, back to the topic of footy.
I would like to see this fixture included in the rep calender somehow. Even if it means players have to choose between their state and their heritage.

A US comedian bro has also set up a go fund me page for him and earlier today it had already raised nearly 70k. The comedian who also has the same disability that Quaden has, is gonna be organising a trip to Disneyland for Quaden and his Mum too.
