Start with last years ladder.

Top 4, job there if they want it as long as they want it

Dessy , Madge and Ivan all safe, long term investments

Morris, Arthur, Seibold, all need to make finals, but will not be sacked mid season.

Knights and Titans brand new, patience will be shown.

Pay will have sympathy until he can build his roster.

Leaves
Green - Shinny new stadium, world best forward, million dollar fullback, will not survive the year if no finals.

McGregor and Kearney.

The round 5 clash will deterime wihich goes first.

That said winning fixes all problems.

If Dragons lose 3 in a row at any stage of the season, they'll sack Mary, purely just so they can secure Flanagan long term... They won't want to risk some other team swooping in and poaching Flanno.... Plus they'll end up with a newly tiled dressing room if his efforts at Cronulla is anything to go by....

Flanno still has 2 seasons to serve on his head coaching suspension. Dragons will probably sack McGregor and appoint Flanno. The NRL will remind them of the suspension so they'll sign Barrett and Flanno walk.

Green will be sacked this year. Morgan has played like garbage for two years and I think it's partly Green's fault. Actually their whole team has been garbage for a few years.

Draw.

Both coaches receive 5 years extensions.

Seibold is the clear favourite.

He will have three years left on his contract to be paid out though if the Broncos let him go. The other thing is he made the finals last year in his first year. Yes they lost 58 - 0 in the finals, but I honestly think if he was the coach of another club his name wouldn't be mentioned. The bar seems to be set higher for the Broncos, not only in the media but on this forum. Some of the genius Bennett signings may not be on the books by the end of year so Seibold may be given leeway for that as well (Bird, Boyd, etc).

Mcgregors probably safe until Flanno can officially take over in two years.

I actually think that with the combined Burgii 5 dropped balls and 5 cheap penalties a game removed, they are now better placed.
