I've really enjoyed the columns by the recently retired telling the players what they should do.
I'm thinking Cronk and Burgess here. Cooper was first out of the blocks with his, "Think of the game" comments, pretty easy from the grandstand if you're not a PI player just starting out and supporting his extended family.
Then there was Big Sam, undoubtedly one of the toughest players to draw breath in the NRL era but also a koala of the rarest order with his protection from the nasty refs and the $/yr in retirement.
Please, spare us the media paypacket cushioned opinions.
