Give Paulie McGregor the Gordon Tallis - let him sit out until his contract expires - he can drive the team bus, gear steward, ball pumper upperer, anything but maintain his contract by picking out those obscure responsiblities in his contract and tell him to concentrate on those.

Just don't give the job to Smug Boy Dean

I'm done with all the sack Mary stuff. Mary is not the problem as he's going to keep on doing what he's doing until he's escorted off the grounds by security. The problem is with the empty ball sacks of the St. George organization. Everyone from the owners to the Board.

This shit was apparent last year but here we are and fans are wondering what latest atrocity will lead to Mary's sacking. I say none.

We will get the spoon, we deserve the spoon. Bulldogs just outclassed them and did you see the Titans this weekend?

Maybe in about 10 games Saints will finally get a try and the owners and the board can cite that as improvement, give Mary a chance to finish out his contract.

Forget about Mary and concentrate on the empty ball sacks responsible.

Changed my avatar from Step Down McGregor to a Frizzel "why us?".

I agree. It has to be 'sack the board/CEO' now if they still can't make this decision. Or explain why.

It's unfathomable that this pack of clowns has been put in charge of an organisation responsible for tens of millions of dollars, tens of thousands of financial contributors, and many more supporters.

Imagine destroying something that big. It's mind blowing.

He can be dropped like any player.
He can coach reserves
Whoops - No comp this year. Peal some oranges Mary.
Then you can trim the hedges around the Taj
Then you can....
And so on... And so on.
He'll quit

PS... Hunt hasn't been any good since he dropped that 2016 GF bomb.
I've wished so hard he'd do well.
Time to go Ben - England is calling.

what is it
fourteen loses apart from just two wins over the GC.
Right there that stat speaks volumes.

Who needs to go is management.
If this was a business and those loses had a substantial money value the company would be in receivership.

all this show me that 2018 was a flash in the pan.... Hey Saint Peter, before you ring your bell
Just been down to St. George town - done my time in hell... done my time in Hell!!!!!!

What should be Marys last press conference.

Surprising for the lack of excuses and so forth as the side plummeted to the bottom of the ladder.

Mary remained committed to staying up until 3am looking at the video and then coming in by 9am. All while the players come in around lunch, whenever they like.

Thats is very heroic of you Mary. I was impressed.

But I will be more impressed when you let sgi keep some or all of the $1.6m or whatever they owe you to leave quietly.

A deal will be done.

This is the lowest point you will ever reach in your history. It simply cannot get worse than this.

Hats off to your board for destroying both clubs so utterly and completely. They simply could not have done a better job at screwing you over.

I just tweeted Gus and asked him if he was a ceo would he appoint Mcfwit as a coach at a club he was in charge of. I proceeded to ask him not to think is supporters are mugs and to be honest to that question and wether he did the review to save a mate from the sack. The prick blocks me. Why won’t he come out and just tell us what was the issues at the club when he did his review. I don’t get it he thinks he is smart. If you didn’t review the coach and his issues what the fk did you review. The color coordination of the dressing room paint

Mcgregor is a by product of the clubs mismanagement. He has been allowed to carry on his duties irrespective if it has been quite clear to all and sundry that he has massive coaching shortcomings and has been allowed to carry on for over 6 years with no repercussion!!

As mentioned this unfortunately is no fault of Mcgregors as he's riding the gravy train for as long as possible and wont get off it until he's thrown off! Management are the real culprits here and have buried this club beyond help. The problem or the fix unfortunately may not be a new coach even though it may help in the short term to wake up a few underperforming players - the ultimate fix will be the change of the guard or ostensibly the sell off of the clubs share sitting w the Gordons...These guys are the culpible ones and are responsible to setting the clubs direction for the next 5-10 years. There is nothing here that shows any form of leadership, we are a rudderless a club with no backbone that is hanging on to history to save any self worth . Players are walking away, there is no culture, there is no plan, there is no pride and more importantly there is no leadership..

I'm not sure what we can do as memebrs and fans but surely a collective voice targetng the board or the clubs offices could stir the waters somewhat to at least get a response or some sort of action...Our problems are deepset and as a club can only dream of being even half the club the Roosters or Storm are - but their success comes from strong leadership both on and off the field...maybe thinking it over again an experienced coach who can start a rebuild and set a 3-4 year high performance plan that has everyone buying into it could be a good start whilst the board looks at the clubs longevity plans...the problem is who will be the coach that can drive this change...
