Yeah, nah. Plenty of quick ones (that are eligible) get called back for not being on the mark, or sometimes even being told ‘I haven’t given the mark’ and then the penalty is right where the player tried to tap it.
Hopefully it stays the way they allowed it tonight.

They do get called back... plenty are also allowed off the mark.
