I love the double standards. Its perfectly fine for clubs to sack coaches and players hoping to find better. Its a business and they have no loyalty to their employees. But an employee looks out for their own best interests and that's the worst thing ever.

What Ivan did was wrong without doubt. But loyalty is dead and Tigers like any other club are no more loyal to employees than the employee s are to the club. Clubs want results. Employee s want money.

Fans sre the only ones loyal to clubs and they too hate underperforming players and coaches. Seems ridiculous to hold a grudge against former players and coaches that lasts for years.

Some of these tigers sooks just want to put it all on Ivan despite the fact the clubs management has been shit for years, it’s pathetic.

While I don't disagree about management issues in the past, it's much improved. Cleary does deserve some flak for the big money long term signings he made before strangely bolting back to a club that shafted him.
