Best and worst Space movies (inc recommendations)

I love a good space movie... and in searching for some new ones on Amazon/Netflix etc, but many look like duds..Just watched “The Beyond”.... ohh geez.

So what are your best and worst ones. Or ones on Netflix etc you’d recommend?

Honestly man, I love Red Letter Media, but Space Cop is a steaming pile of shit. It doesn't work as a parody, and it doesn't work as a comedy either. Mike Stoklasa is f**king painful in it.

Ahh yes - Fire in the sky, I remember that. great film. Seen them all apart from 1999 and Ufo's are real.

I'm more about Things in space rather than things that come from space with my thread query, but cheers for the shouts.

I've got a real love for 70's space & disaster movies. Doesn't matter if the plot is good or bad, I'll always watch and enjoy them.
