Im half hoping Cust tells Desmond to stick his still unsigned contract up his arse.

Dogs, etc would guarantee this kid a starting spot for the term of his natural life.

Dessy needs a shock out of his stubbornness.

Pretty happy with that half. It's a shame Aekins didnt just go left instead of playing for the sin bin.
The only thing Aekins is good for is butchering tries.

His 1 try assist was a pass that missed the mark and was picked up by To'o to score. Other than that all he does is bomb try scoring opportunities by running when he should pass.

He is rubbish. Not first grade standard. Does that useless under 12's hop/skip bullshit before he hits the defensive line.

You say that but given where he is in the pecking order Des clearly doesn't rate him, so would he be worried if he left?

It's been a problem since he started first grade. He spent like an entire season playing NBQ and Chris Hicks out of position for no f**king reason for instance when he simply could have swapped them and little has changed.

He'd do well with a roster manager like in say baseball. There's no doubting the f**ker can coach but his roster selection leaves a bit to be desired.

True enough.

Something is going on.
DCE interview on Cust through the week wasnt exactly gushing either.

I know I'm making bias excuses - but Sutton giving Penrith back to back to back 6 agains (for?) leading to a straight up double movement "try" had a massive impact on that half. Croker passes it to Waddell and 24-12 would have been huge considering the dominance. Definitely need to score first to be any hope.

Sutton will give us every chance to get close here, before swinging wildly back to the Panthers late in the game.
