Ran a great line for his try but needs a ton of work on reading in defence.

Looked in all sorts on a lot of occasions.

His lateral movement in defence is really lacking and quick guys will expose him on a regular basis when they pick up on this.

Agree with your thoughts on his D being exposed, but it was more his decision making not lateral movement that bothered me.

Looked great with the ball in hand but for mine Doogs stays in the centres.

It didnt help Ferris that Nikora was having a shocker inside him, all Nikora had to do was tackle his opposite and couldnt do that

Don’t worry about the judiciary stuff.

He’s taken an early guilty plea and is out for 4 to 6 weeks with a medical ligament injury.

So there goes our back up centre for a bit but at least it’s not season ending.

Debutant Jackson Ferris had a memorable night with a try against the Broncos in round 12 but was forced from the field in the second half with a knee injury.

Ferris was dragged down by two Broncos defenders close to the line and was twisted awkwardly in the tackle.

  • Jackson Ferris (knee, TBC)
  • Josh Dugan (hamstring, round 13)
  • Jesse Ramien (hamstring, round 13)
  • Scott Sorensen (knee, round 13)
  • Matt Moylan (hamstring, round 13)
  • Andrew Fifita (hamstring/finger, round 14)
  • Chad Townsend (calf, round 16-18)
  • Bronson Xerri (stood down)
  • Cameron King (ACL, season)
