Quite possible we won’t have Jennings and Alvaro, that’s a fairly standard loan condition. Turner definitely in for Jennings, Curran for Alvaro.

And I have no problem with that. Imagine Jennings scored the winning try for us which ended up costing the Eels a top 4 spot or Alvaro gave away a penalty for us to lose in the last minute. Shit would be way too awkward.

Its good solution for both the player as much as it is for the club to sit it out imo.

In regard to the loan players not playing against their primary club, it is an accepted norm for them not to.

However, I had a dream last night, the Warriors had a miracle run to the GF, and redhot Penrith were there waiting for them.

Hetherington was on fire in the lead-up and, here's the issue, we only had 16 available players without him. Penrith still said 'no'.

We won the public sentiment, hands down...but I didn't get far enough into it to know if we won the game.

Use Beale imo.

He is a specialist. At least this is a situation where the other sixteen blokes are in form and playing as a unit. That makes Beales role very simple, tackle and hold the ball.

If we were performing poorly, sure go with the Turner experiment every day of the week.

Same deal for Papali'i we need a steady game from him and nothing more.

I know Beales game has really deteriorated, however the old dog can surely be at least a safe option in a simplified role.
Plug a gap in our team, do a tradesman journeyman performance Beale.
