White has no place on a Knights jersey.

Just fix this. Proper shade of Blue. Blue sleeves. Red back. White shorts. Would definitely avoid clash with any blue team

Yeah any team with red in their palette shouldnt struggle to make a decent away that wont clash, since there isn't a single majority red team in the comp just make it mostly red, in the knights case mostly red with some blue elements

Exactly. Even if Redcliffe come in & wear mostly red for *their* home/primary jersey, it's still not a problem.. as the Knights could wear their main jersey for that "away" game in Brisbane.

Yeah we should move away from "home and away" jerseys - it should just be the primary jersey that is worn every game unless there is a clash, then the clash jersey is worn

some clubs are already doing this, but then some other are sticking with wearing the away when away regardless

This is how it was back in the 80s, only wore a clash jersey if nessesary, NOT an "away" jersey, there's too much merchandise whoring going on, 2 per club is all that's nessesary, and maybe a inaugural/heritage one off per year with all the players names on it, like what souffs and sharks did this year.
Warriors with their 7 jerseys! Please, why on earth do we need a bush shit, and FFS pick your colors, wanna be Black,Silver& Red, fine,
Do your home and away, and leave the Blue, Green and Red as the heritage, but they go a do a superleague jersey, a nines jersey, bush, black home, black away, blue home, blue away, .......be full cream or be nothing!!!!
Skim milk is water pretending to be milk!

E0639393-DC92-48DD-84AF-22DD465D07D3.jpeg What’s up with players doing this? Sunny Bill did it last night and now Dylan Brown is doing it.

I understand why some players wear their socks down, perhaps because they’re too tight? But then to wear what must be compression socks underneath and have them pulled up but not the team socks does not make sense to me. Dugan and Fifita have been doing it lately as well

May seem pedantic to some, but the socks are decent percentage of the overall kit

The compression socks serve a purpose but yes they should pull the footy socks up. Perhaps their legs get a bit toasty.

So in the 'manufacturers' block on the bottom of the Roosters NRLW Jersey, they have a Roosters head. Wonder if that's an indication on the approach the Men's team will take in 2021 (similar to what the Eels did about a decade ago)?

So some hypothesizing here;

Like 2012 and 2019 Souths will no doubt try and wear a Home jersey with away sponsors(Russel is superstitious and prefers this even though we have lost both times weve done it), against Penrith in their black jersey.

Not too big an issue.

But if Souths were to win and go to the Grand Final against the Raiders does the NRL let them do it again since we dont really have an alternate this year?
has there ever been a team wear a jersey design in a grand final they havent worn during the year?

Souths would wear their home jersey.

it would be an awful mess of 2 green teams playing on green grass. Boring and no contrast.

From a jersey spectacle point of view, Penrith vs Raiders is the best option left.

panthers vs Storm away jersey is meh.

With the amount of GFs we've played in away jerseys you'd think we would've come up with a better design by now

Also Melbourne home vs Souths away is decent too
Basically from a jersey perspective 1 but not both of the "underdogs" need to win (which despite the odds I think either has a good chance of winning)

With just a few days to go until we know for sure who's playing on Grand Final day, here's the most likely Grand Final jersey match ups we'll see;

If Penrith win on Saturday, they'll be the home side and thus will wear their home kit against either Canberra (Home) or Melbourne (Away)

However if Penrith lose to South Sydney, the formula changes to both either Canberra or Melbourne wearing their respective home kits against Souths with the Bunnies to use their away kit against the latter as Souths only finished 6th on the ladder before the semis.

Fun little fact, Melbourne have never won a Grand Final in a Clash/Away jersey while they've only lost once (2006) while wearing their home jersey in a Grand Final
