Trial versus Storm

Not far off.
Storm v Knights: 5.30pm (AEDT)
February 27
Casey Fields, Melbourne

I wonder what the line up will be and how much this will decide the line up to start the season. I reckon it will go 50/50 with starting line up then the rest.

Will it go ahead? If not the club will need to organise something else quickly.
I forgot about that.
Lockdown reviewed Wednesday I think.
Anything can happen but I reckon it will be lifted.
The issue regardless is what requirements NSW have for entry.

The Storm had a 'trial' listed down on the Sunny Coast this Saturday and a fan day on the Friday and their media team have posted the following (4 days ago) re the cancellation and the planned Knights trial - Storm pre-season update - Storm (melbournestorm.com.au)

Seems they are flagging that, at this stage anyway, it is still going ahead.

Interesting that Mann hasn't been named?

So no Ponga, Lee, Hunt, Green, Mann or Fitzgibbon from likely full strength squad. Forward depth looks questionable at best

Will be interesting who bench utility is for season. Or does O’Brien run with 4 forwards on the bench as Watson can cover Brailey when/if needed?

That’s as good as a team we can name! Hopefully get through it injury free.

Excited Crossland is in the #6 jumper, really hope he does well there.

Also hoping Dom Young kills it again with the big boys. Tuala was rock solid 99% of the time last year but Dom Young seems to have a really high ceiling.

Toohey seems to believe Mann at 14, but then claimed Watson and Barnett to get close to 80, along with Brailey.

Will be interesting once Green is ready.
