Will always remember him setting up Kyle Feldt in the 2015 grand final.

His best was pretty damn good. 2016-17. He was brilliant in the 2017 finals series getting the Cows into the grand final.

Short career at 169 games, but still got to play plenty of rep football. Think he did very well for himself.

Packed in a fair bit during his career. Premiership, Origin series wins, World Cup win. For a period in 2017 he was the best player in the world.

Also had some tragedy early on in his career which you wouldn't wish upon anyone.

what a shame! always liked his cool, calm demeanour and leadership. The way he led the team especially when cows were behind, in that one season... (i forget when) and he seemingly would always get the team the win. class act.

I'm probably alone here but I thought Morgan played the same if not more towards the success of the cowboys than Thurston. He carried them to a GF without Thurston which I don't think Thurston could have done without him. Great player and unlucky not to be playing another 3-4 years.

Won a premeirship, made another Grand Final on the back of his own brillance, won a couple of origin series and a world cup and all in under 200 games in total. Quite remarkable stuff. Shame it ended a bit early, but he'll look back with content, I'm sure.

His pass to Feldt will be shown for decades, so he won't be forgotton about!
