Damn that kiwi lad Wiremu Gregg for Parra is a big unit, 124kg and looks trim at that weight. Rude mullet though

Manly are back. 36-0 out in Mudgee NSW. Where's Beave?

Bit of the old magic dust sprinkled on them again, when guys like Harper are shooting out of the line and stopping Fifita you can see the shift in mentality. Amazing the difference Tom makes too, gone from “how are we gonna score” to looking dangerous all over the park. The Foran/Schuster/Tom combo looks potentially lethal. Guys like Parker and co aren’t dropping the pill every 2nd carry now as well

Apparently Roosters offering TJ 140k a season. Surely we didn’t baulk at that price?

Could potentially pick Reynolds and TJ up for RTS money

Maybe TJ's just playing the market, but has his mind set on the Roosters? You walk away from being a winner with the All Blacks and you'd think choosing a winning NRL club would be a must.

The Cowboys get a new stadium but the Warriors can't? In a big city like Auckland?

Big Jack Hetherington sent off for a coat-hanger. He is a loose-canon, isn't he? Great mongrel, but risky for any side.

There's some debate that he would've only been binned for that in a final, maybe not even that in Origin.

I love him but I love him more when he’s not our problem

The Dogs just fell short of a heroic, 12-man, comeback win in Townsville. 30-18, but it could've been 24-all at the death.

Plenty of upsets this weekend. Rd 6 Ladder:

Look at us, how important was that win today?!

That was a must win game. Given the Dragjns form and our loss to winless Manly for once I had little hope. But now Manly are looking good and we played really well.

Melbourne will be really tough but there is an easier run of games after that

things are looking up

Plus, if our stars align, and our squad is fit, we could win a final or two, which includes an inspired run back at Mt Smart.

It's the injuries and the getting there though, ay? Right now it's tough.

the funny thing is if the squad gets through the next 4 weeks with 2 or 3 wins we could get in a roll when some players start coming back from injuries and competition for spot really heats up.
