Maybe our club has targeted Kiwis similar to the Faiders targeting Poms. Interesting how all these young blokes are coming post the Sharp and Field departures. Coincidence?

Or maybe that KIdwell is the former NZ coach and current NZM coach. That HazeD and DylanB are reporting to NZ "cousins" that you get looked after and get opportunities.

BREAKING: Parramatta Eels confirm current player is at centre of sex tape scandal

The Parramatta Eels have confirmed the club is aware one of its players is at the centre of a sex tape scandal being investigated by the NRL.
The Daily Telegraph on Wednesday reported the NRL’s Integrity Unit had launched an investigation into the sex tape allegedly involving a current rugby league star.

The video of the act showing a man and woman engaging in sex in a public toilet last just five seconds and was filmed over the toilet door by a bystander.

On Wednesday the Eels released a statement in relation to the incident.

“We understand that those on the video have been illegally filmed without consent and that an attempt has been made to distribute the video to media outlets and on social media platforms,” the statement read.

“The Club has informed the NRL integrity unit and is taking the matter very seriously, particularly given the potential invasion of privacy of those involved.

“The Club will not be making any further comment.

News of the sex tape surfaced on Wednesday morning

“What are you hearing about another sex tape that is doing the rounds in the last 24 hours about an NRL player potentially caught up in another sex tape drama,” Laurie Daley asked Ritchie on The Big Sports Breakfast.

“The video is going around, I received it last night,” Ritchie said.

“It is a difficult one. It does look like a first grade player who is very well known. But we can’t prove that yet.

“You would have to go to the right channels to find out if it is the player and if there is any punishment looming.

“It looked like a sex act in a toilet. But until we know more. If we can determine the identity and if it is the player himself. There is more questions than answers.”

A woman has engaged a legal firm, who are preparing a civil suit against a player who allegedly filmed a sex act and then distributed it amongst his mates, according to nine.com.au.

The lady in question insists the incident was filmed without her knowledge or consent and is seeking aggravated damages from the player in court.

Former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke launched a stinging criticism of the player if it is found to be true.

“Seriously I don’t get it,” Clarke said.

“Does he not have a house for starters? Like go home. What are you doing in a toilet?

“I feel for everyone involved. In the same breath he might not have known it was being filmed. I feel for the woman involved and can you imagine . . . I don’t know maybe things change when you get older and become a parent, but if I ever saw something like that and my daughter was involved, I’m never forgiving those people involved. Like it is someone’s daughter. I just don’t get it.”

Seems odd, considering that the "player" was busy.

I jumped into your thread on some sort of schadenfreudal impulse but if it has been filmed over the cubicle by someone else, then it really is a storm in a teacup.

Unless, as suggested in the news release, he has distributed it to his mates.

Dont these blokes have homes to go to?

All I will say is that being in the f/x market through the 80s and 90s, can only imagine what would have been on phone cameras if they were around. Seems about the opportunity for $$$ , a consensual act filmed for 5 seconds over a toilet door by someone trying to onsell it to media, the NRL social media world we live in.
