Not particularly related but coincidentally, Daniel Anderson and I suffered spinal injuries on the same day, he from an injury in the surf and me from spinal stroke (infarct) new years day 2023.

As a result we are both wheelchair bound but fortunately I still have full use of my arms whereas I believe that he has some limitations...

The rehab is the hardest thing I've ever had to do but for me, there really is no option.

Just gotta do whatever you can to try to improve your situation and stay positive...

I forgot about Daniel Anderson's accident in the surf which you now have reminded me of.
A very bad situation for both of you and you both have been able to still get on with life the best you can. Good on you.

I'm seeing that Ben Hunt is returning from a hamstring injury to play against the Titans on Sunday in the position of Hooker. It is just amazing that for a considerable time we were hoping that he would be our hooker but I'm guessing he just declined from doing so and wanted the halfback position no matter what. Now he goes wherever he is told by Madge. We were just not hard enough on him.

Sullivan & Amone were not capable of being our halves I believe Hunt was the only real option there. He desperately wanted to return to the Broncos and he wasn’t going to force his way into halves there so he had to settle for Hooker he would have been told this during negotiations.

He either plays hooker/14 or misses their top 17. Madge ain't moving Ezra or Reynolds.We didn't have the squad depth to give zBHunt any ultimatums

Saw someone post some info nothing ground breaking other then the fact that Daniel Anderson seems to be done but they couldn’t confirm.

Perhaps he would bring some expertise / experience in how those TPA's are actually arranged and ideas about how to approach the local business community to get them involved.

Hopefully Uncle Nick will allow him to borrow a couple of mil to get the ball rolling over here at Saints - as far as signings are concern ?

Nevertheless , if we are able to secure the man it will certainly be a step in the right direction .

I LOVE this Tim Watsford dude. I did talk to him on a certain platform, and he promised me that the area of recruitment was something he was prioritising from his level and that changes were going to be made. I told him that this was the area along with retention that most fans were concerned about. I thought I was talking to a Bot or assistant, but maybe not.

So far, I am very impressed.

I wish I lived near Wollongong, as I would love to work for him.
