The Crusaders coach is now saying that the reason the NRL Sign young union players is that they are lazy i developing their own etc etc

There are a number of younger players that failed to make junior rep teams at either Penrith and Parra ,that are now in the Waratahs elite development teams. If the clubs didn’t place their junior reps at private schools ( it’s one of the few allowable expenses for junior rep players ), most wouldn’t even be introduced to that game.

The NZ union schools are now more concerned than ever and are asking schoolboys to sign agreements not to play league outside the school system, seriously worried.

Who gives a flying stuff about Rugby union and what they think of our devlopment programs.

Rugby Australia paid Joseph Suaalii $5million dollars to save the code for a paltry 7 games for the waratahs.

And then the wallabies recorded there most dismal year they ever produced in 126 years where news corp have been giving Suaalii 3,4 or 5 out of 10s in there weekly player ratings on there winless european tour.

He left the game as a State of Origin player and now catching a cold in that shit sport.

Can we just play out the Samrani to centre idea for a minute?

Dud someone say in here before that TCT said he was training at centre?

I am actually not against it I like him, but he would absolutely need an off season to slot in, give him a decent chance.

He might seem a bit slow in lateral movement however making good decisions negates that somewhat. Plenty of effective centres have similar traits to him I think.

PS I clearly want some great signings, just spitballing.

Well his decision making was poor last year...

He did train at centre this pre season mainly due to everyone else not back at training..

Is he better than Averillo?

I just havent seen him enough to be a good judge. He is extremely fast but I am unsure if his defense is great?
I read earlier someone mention he seems to be a great utility but not great at one position and that is probably how id lean also. I wouldn't risk 600k on him but I don't think. Id rather take a punt on a a few rated juniors from other clubs

How about Araz Nanva? He could be the next Jordan Samrani.

Nanva is faster. Has better lateral movement. Less power but younger so may end up stronger. He doesn't look for work like Samrani. Samrani had his best ever season at Parra. Momoisea had his worst at Parra.

But also, it was his high school's account that photoshopped the Eels jersey on him. They did the same with one of their other players who signed with St George.

I’m confident Keaon stays. It’s 800k for 27, then after that an upgrade same money you’ve offered in the 950k ballpark for 28 and 29. Keaon never wanted to leave. Souths initially offered 2 years but have since upped the offer. Cam Murray is his best mate too since they were kids and Keaon loves Uncle Wayne!
