The Mitsubishi Electric Bulldogs have signed several promising players as the Club prepares for the National Youth Competition (under 20s) which gets under way next year.

Chevvy Penehoe, 19, is a big, strong centre who may well graduate to the back row in the future. He played his junior football with the Penrith Panthers and has been selected in the Panthers Premier League side this year. He has been signed to a two-year deal.

Nathan Tannous, 19, is a tall, athletic winger who knows his way to the try line. He is a Parramatta junior who has been signed for the 2008 season.

Robert Worsley, 19, looks to have a huge future as a rugby league prop. He has played in both Jersey Flegg and Premier League for the Cronulla Sharks this season and will be with the Bulldogs for the next two years.

girvie...Josh King from Norths to Souths?
Is that true?

He only played 1 SG Ball game for Norths this year and then he left the squad. I'd be surprised if he went to Souths, or any club.

Australian schoolboys Ben Hunt and Ben Riose, and Penrith Panthers signing Matt Minto will add some firepower to their side, which will come in handy against more fancied rivals Palm Beach Currumbin.

Anyone shed some light on this? Plays 5/8 for St Brendans College, the school David Taylor went to?
