I guess commonsense should have prevailed, why would we announce a press conference on the same day as our first home game. I imagine most involved with the club would be more pre-occupied with preparations for tonight.

Can't say I believed this rumor. It wouldn't make any sense announcing a signing the day of the game.

The only one that would make sense is King extending his stay (or another off contract player). But I doubt they would have a press conference considering he's only played one first grade game.

I know the forum is all about sharing opinions and information, but I propose a system to stop or at least limit the crap.I think a 1 week ban for the OP and second offence is a year for this and any other threads that prove to be 100 per cent false when they claim to be from an insider.
