Tony Williams won't be there.

Surely City have a better winger than Blake Ayshford/Beau Champion.

They reek.

Chris Heignington won't be there either, for 2 reasons. He has a broken hand and he is a dirty pom

Is Tim Sheens still the Aussie coach?

Wouldn't be suprised to see Robbie Farah, Chris Lawrence & Blake Ayshford pulling on a Roos jersey next week if thats the case.

Even Moltzen would be a chance for a bench spot under Sheens.

To be fair, Carney, Mullen, Campese and probably even Soward all deserve a run for Country if they're using any part of this as a legit selection trial. Problem is though they're all currently killing it from 5/8.

Ayshford no, Champion no: both been in shit form.

Beau Ryan been should find his way to a wing spot for City. Also:
-Heighington now plays for England
-Greg Bird is injured
-Tony Williams is suspended

Sam is from Townsville

Son of a Butch...New he was NQ, must of been a slip up. It is hard trying to figure out who is from where! But from my effort I proved there could be quality sides out of this.

If only they'd get behind it would be great to watch.

After suffering a concussion today, Farah should be ruled out of the City v Country clash. Isaac De Gois was due back from injury in Round 8, would he be right in time for the match or do City need to field someone else in the #9 jersey?

Just a few surprises in the team named...

- Mark Minichiello missing out for Corey Payne (Payne would have missed out if Tony Williams was available anyway)
- Bryce Gibbs missing out for Jason King (King would have missed out if Tim Grant was available anyway)
- Reece Robinson missing out for Steve Turner
- Leilua being picked as the centre to replace Jennings :?
- where is Ennis? Snowden?

Didn't realise that Mateo was born in Auburn, always assumed he was a Kiwi. Also forgot he represented City in 2008.

Also Buderus out with an "undisclosed injury", replaced by McCrone on the bench with Hinchliffe to start.
