Notwithstanding - the media speculation is indicating that we have to let 2 of 3 players go to get UNDER the cap. So unless they've let those 2 of 3 go - which they havent yet - then obviously that tells me that they arent overly concerned with being over (given they'd have to wear the contracts of those 3 players)
