    Yeah the AFB choice makes me think a lot of the shit that was being chucked at him here may have been speculation and unwarranted. If he had an attitude problem it certainly wasn’t evident onfield.

    Definitely seems like a case of good player, ordinary person with Curran. Which is a shame because I did really respect the way he took his opportunity with us during Covid, where a lot of other players didn't and cut and run rather than move to NZ. Maybe that's part of why he feels aggrieved.

    It needs an athletics track somewhere and it’s probably expensive to move it. Plus it would host regional schools athletics events so it’d need some level of capacity and facilities. In a place the size of cairns you’re more likely to need to use facilities for multiple sports.
