    So when will they start playing ? All the newspaper articles quote Team 20 coming in around the Brisbane Olympics …it will be a long buildup if that’s the case.,, the NRL apparently is in no hurry to deliver the kill shot to Union over there

    I think there is an element of wishful thinking happening here …I could say that if adding NZ2 is going to destroy Rugby in NZ, then what are they waiting for ? Should have happened by now right ? Even if they get the nod now, the NRL doesn’t even want to bring them in for another 6-7 years...

    Ok… assume the All Blacks games add a lot of value … even so I’m surprised at how close it is NRL v Super Rugby ratings … I also assumed that the Super Rugby had some FTA Channel 9 like deal ( much lower scale obviously)

    Yeah ..I see that now … These numbers look terrible for Super Rugby …even with less games … how much are they getting paid by Sky …any idea?
