    2024 FW3 Sat - Penrith 26-6 Cronulla @ Accor

Surely the real question is why do you kick a field goal when getting d!cked every game? Spot market fixing?

    PF v Sharks

I’m worried about this game. Our worst performances all year have been against the lesser sides and when we are expected to win, eyes on the future. Obviously this is the finals so by definition the Sharks aren’t a dud side, but this is the finals equivalent.

All the best players are going to make themselves available.

    2024 FW2 Sat - Sydney 40-16 Manly @ Allianz

Bunker decided it was knocked backwards so no need to re-grip. Mental gymnastics…

    2024 FW2 Sat - Sydney 40-16 Manly @ Allianz

That is a ‘keep the score close’ decision right out of the Capewell ‘no bstruction’ decision in the 2020 GF.

    2024 FW2 Sat - Sydney 40-16 Manly @ Allianz

The -urbo Brothers have made me question my life choices; they make Manly quite likeable.

I think we play Schneider again given Nathan’s shoulder.

    2024 FW2 Fri - Cronulla 26-18 North Qld @ Allianz

I don’t know why it is one or the other? Surely it can be both a penalty try and a bin?

    Preliminary Final Opponent

I’d prefer Cows as they can’t defend. I think for that reason the Sharks win tonight.

Penrith v Bondi Battlers (Finals Week One)

So true. A typical game for JWH against us is invisible in his first stint when Moses and Fish dominate, gets sin-binned early in his second stint because he can’t keep up with play and gives away a cynical play the ball infringement, and then starts throwing elbows and grubbing it up when he...

I like most of them. Even Shouty Dan Why shouldn’t they be having a good time doing a job we would all love to do. I just struggle with Tallis (and previously Kenty). Maybe it has something to do with the role they play in NRL360 (albeit the times Graham has been in that chair I have liked...

Penrith v Bondi Battlers (Finals Week One)

What I don’t understand is why whenever people talk about the players missing from the Roosters, they always talk about suspended players like they are outside the control of Robbo. You don’t need to be able to speak French to see that if you wind up JWH and send him onto the field he is going...

    Ref and Bunker Decisions

I must have missed the bit of the game when the Roosters had 75% possession over a 25 minute period…

I don’t get this view. If you are back on the bench for Origin you are a) not going to get a long time in the field and b) expected to cover injury. Are you suggesting he shouldn’t have been selected?

I can’t say exactly what Brandy brings to the Board, but that is one of the reason why I think the Board as a whole is doing a good job; keeps itself to itself largely. However, when things need to be said it is generally Matt C and Brandy.

Good shout. It’s hard to believe people actually read my posts though; I thought I was shouting into the wind!!
