    That was a preliminary final so you can't compare it to a qualifying final. Sydney hasn't really drawn big crowds consistently for week 1 finals. Sharks got 16K against the Cowboys for a week 1 final in 2017.

    Yeah money is tight out west for a lot of families. It's not cheap to have a family membership with reserved seats. If we have a bad year, footy memberships will be one of the first things taken off the family budget.

    Growth of the membership base is the key. Fans that have converted to members may not have gone to a game like that before. Now they are members they have their ticket so they make the effort.

    I know we are very excited about towelling up a team today but we need to look back at the season as a whole. We had more touches in the opposition's 20m zone than any team by a country mile for example.

    Cleary made Origin based on his defence. He is one of the best young defensive halves I've ever seen. He wasn't expected to do much in attack and he didn't.

    We need to be very careful not to get too carried away about what happened today. It wasn't the norm this season for us to blow teams off the park. If it becomes the norm in 2020 then yes I would agree.

    This. The tries we scored today up the middle were extremely soft. Roosters and Storm won't give that to us. At the end of the day, these are the type of teams we need to beat to win a comp.

    Thank you, Franklin. I don't hate anyone. I would like to stress that. I want a premiership as much as everyone in here. Cleary is our halfback and most expensive player moving forward. We need improvement from him in some areas if we are to win a title.

    We should've done better this season. I truly hope fans react at the ballots and vote out O'Neill. We can't get carried away by just missing the 8. We went backwards in 2019 and O'Neill signing his mate instead of the calibre of coaches that were on offer were a big part of that.

    I want a premiership. That's what I want. I don't hate anyone. I have posted parts of his game that are need to improve if he wants to be an elite NRL halfback. But now I'm suddenly in the wrong and Cleary has silenced his critics because we smashed a team for 10th spot?

    No it kills me that 8 teams are preparing for finals tomorrow and we aren't one of them.
