    Sounds like something in the union DNA. They can't stand that we broke away from them, and on top of that, have become increasingly successful. The French Govt back in the day, this Tongan mob, and everyone in between from private schools to journalists. Regardless, that jersey looked awesome...

    I've got that one in my wardrobe too. Personally, I like the new logo (and by the sounds of it, the new board too ... f**k the old one and their union-boosting ways). Just a shame they can't have -at least for now- the Mate Ma'a name. I believe it translates to 'Die for Tonga'?

    Personally, I'm not at all surprised and have fully expected them to take that Souths / Penrith / Dophins route anyway. I don't know why, but it just seemed the most likely to me. If they're working on that now, it won't be ready for 2025 season.

    Switzerland is absolutely stunning. If it wasn't so dammed expensive, I could very happily live there. I'd probably have to learn both French and German, however, as I'd split my time up between Montreux and Lauterbrunnen.

    In about 2005 or so, the shade of blue Parra had on-field was rather dark. That was when they had a mostly yellow jersey. Think Mark Riddell era Parra.
