    Grand Final entertainment

He had one of the biggest songs in his collab with Justin Beiber in 2022 and it was still getting a lot of air-time even last year. He is a grammy nominated, American Music Award and Billboard Music Award winning artist. So I'll repeat again - saying "never heard of him" isn't the flex people...

    Grand Final entertainment

I'm not really a fan of him, but for the people saying 'never heard of him', that's not the brag you think it is. It just confirms how sheltered you are from the world around you.

Rugby Australia to target top NRL talent

You just know Fox Sports have seen this and put Roach on the game.

    Next coach sacked 2024

A performance clause is now a "bizzare clause"? So if reports of this clause is true, and the Knights chose to action that clause, is it technically a sacking? Either way - O'Brien and Walters have to be the next likely coaches to go (only because Canberra management are inept).

    Ref and Bunker Decisions

Everything is the referees fault. According to Read and the Daily Telegraph, it's the match officials' fault that no one mentioned that Ponga's field goal attempt missed anyway. If only we had commentators who would watch the game and communicate what happens...

Opinion Is Ricky Stuart the most overrated coach ever?

Listen, I think with another 10 years Stuart may just get the Raiders to another Grand Final loss. A good coach can take accountability.

    Ref and Bunker Decisions

Imagine complaining about League referees deciding games and then talking up Union referees where the majority of games are penalty kick-fests. Go touch some grass.

    Ref and Bunker Decisions

You mean in the commentary box? The broadcasters don't care, they only want controversy. It's why they actively remain ignorant of rules, why they talk over the referee explaining a decision with incorrect information about what the referee is claiming, or seemingly put brain-damaged dinosaurs...

2024 Jerseys, Sponsorship, Logos discussion etc

NSW Cup, but what the hell were Parramatta thinking wearing their blue kit against Newtown?

2024 Jerseys, Sponsorship, Logos discussion etc

I can confirm that last years fan version of the Aussie jersey did have the insignia. It’s extremely hard to see that I only just noticed it slightly when looking for it.

    2024 Origin III - Wed 17 Jul - QLD 4-14 NSW @ Suncorp

Have to love the stat that Hynes had more running metres in the series than Jake Trbojevic! What a wasted roster spot he is - and they made him captain!

    Ref and Bunker Decisions

What's your point with this post? That he shouldn't referee games involving the Bulldogs? You know living and growing up in a district doesn't mean you're biased to them. I grew up in the Parramatta District, but really dislike that team. Under your suggestion, I would be allowed to referee the...

Ground Announcement. Sound effects after teams score

Do Parra still play their recorded "PARRA! *clap clap clap*" audio?

    Jackson Topine sues Bulldogs

It's amazing how the Bulldogs have said it lasted for six minutes and used at many clubs. I wouldn't have expected their filings to be so partisan! Realistically, unless there is anything that dramatically unusual about the Bulldogs training/punishments, I don't see Topine winning this matter.

Dinner Ale better half than Nico.

The team was struggling with Nicho - but not really because of Nicho. - Brailey is allergic to playing with the football. Just likes to pass from dummy half - that's it. - The game plan seems to ignore what worked. Instead of giving the ball to Kennedy sweeping on backline movements they go...

Clarification of "stopped" rule from 1998

This was actually very frequent in the 90s. I remember Kevin Walters literally bounced the ball over the line and was awarded a try in 93 or 94, and the commentators when viewing the replay only said "I'm not sure about that" and then carried on with the game. Part of the problem with watching...

    Early team vs Tigers

Looking like Hynes had injured his ankle at training…. Guess we’re going back to Atkinson-Trindall in the halves.

    Rumoured / Confirmed Signings

The problem with Brailey and Kennedy is that not only are they not improving, they are actually getting worse. Kennedy I have more hope for rebounding - I feel like the game plan is too frequently sending a pass to the backrower rather than WK sweeping. Teams are no longer being asked the...

    Early team vs Tigers

As long as you ignore his 6 misses against the Titans, some of which were directly resulting in conceding a try.
