    Rank the stadiums!

    I think I found what is possibly the best looking stadium for footy I've ever seen. It is the Estadio de Bessa in Portugal. Seats 28,000. Look how steep those stands are - SO close to the action! Wonder how much it'd cost to make Brookvale oval look like this....

    Good to see the Sharkies playing well at home in front of a big crowd. Pretty sure if the Sharks made the GF (not saying they will, just IF), everyone will be supporting then apart from opposition supporters. Good the see the Rabbits beat the Dogs as well....

    Rundown sh*thole it may be, but there is no lack of excitement / atmosphere / sense of occasion at a Brookvale oval game. I think it is more a reflection of ANZ stadium. I feel sorry for you supporters who have to endure that vast soulless and empty bowl on a regular basis. Move the Dogs back...

    If you go back through this thread I think you'll find the majority of Manly fans have agreed that the penalty is fair. A couple of the more excitable Sea Eagles fans like to argue, but your generalisation if off target.

    Seems Manly works by recruiting juniors from other areas (as well as locally), developing them into champions, then losing them cos they become too expensive....
