Round 14 v Chi wow waaz

What is wrong by Faamousili. Worst game I have seen him play. apart from Clune and Fegai, this side is very poor. Zero effort by the majority of the forwards.

    Matt Dufty

I can see Matt staying if the issue is money. Cannot see Canberra paying him more than $350,000 to 400,000 hence we may well still be in the running. As for Norman, I expect one of Sullivan or Amone will take his position by season’s end.

    Matt Dufty

For the record, I would sign Matt Dufty if the price is right to play the role of Super substitute at 14. I wouldn’t sign him at $2M for 3 seasons because at those numbers I would want a fullback who can take the high ball consistently under pressure, tackle strongly and be positionally faultless.

    The Rumours Thread

Agreed Kit66, Ramsey is not NRL ready. How many minutes has he played so far? perhaps we should cut the young man some slack. Jordan Pereira has never been, nor will he be a top flight NRL winger. The Duffman has been an enigma for the past 3 years. Give the kid a season to adapt. If Cody...

As Bennett often said “if you listen to the fans as a coach, you are most likely going to end up sitting with them”. Matt has had a few really good games in attack this season, most notably against bottom 4 sides. Unfortunately the same can’t be said when we play top 5 sides. Those sides...

    Matt Dufty

Matt is a scintillating attacking player. His attacking ability is undoubted. He has been better under the high ball recently. Matt’s defence is ordinary. I hope it improves but in the end it’s all about attitude and belief. If we aspire to being a top 4 side, we need someone better. This...

    DeBellin

JDB will tighten the middle of the ruck and make our attack more unpredictable. Jack will lift the rest of the pack. He will start in a few weeks.

    Matt Dufty

Tremendous attacking performance. Safe under the bomb. Sign him to a 2 year contract at $300,000 tomorrow. If he could defend or positioned himself better when defending he would command double the salary.

    Corey Norman

Would prefer to see Sullivan or Amone play at 6. Amazing how the halves play better when the forwards get on a roll.

Round 13 v The Stone Poneys

Did we just witness the worst Brissy side of all time?

    Billy Smith

What a player Best front on defender I have seen Remember him cutting down Manly’s Phil Lowe in full flight with a tackle round the boot laces His short kicking game and as another forum member mentioned his telepathy with Changa was breathtaking No surrender

    NICKO HYNES

I’d prefer to let Ramsey/Sloan and Schiller have a go

PAUL MCGREGOR SAYS JACK DE BELIN SAGA COST HIM DRAGONS JOB

That Dapto Canaries under 8s job is apparently available next season Seriously Paul, you were the worst NRL coach of all time. How you lasted 7 plus seasons is a testament to our woeful administration. Nothing else.

    Round 11 v Sharks

I would play Norman in the centres and Amone at 6 Burns to the bench Or if Beale is good to go, play him in the centres with Burns to the bench. Good to see Jayden Hunt and Ford get a run. Any more injuries in the back line and we will see Sloan and Schiller make debuts:)

    Round 10 vs Storm

The reality is the comp is multi tiered: Tier 1: Storm/Panthers Tier 2: Souths/Parra Roosters Tier 3 everyone else except Broncos/Bulldogs/Cowboys Tier 4: Bulldogs/Broncos/Cowboys We need to be realistic when assessing where we stand. We have multiple deficiencies in our squad. Hook is...
