    Last year it went on your top 30 paid players through the season. So once it got to a certain point you couldn't add to the squad if you had paid a player too much for part of the season.     The constitution says Voting Member means any Full Member who has been a Full Member for a continuous period of three (3) years prior to the date of voting at a general meeting or the close of a ballot of Members. Doesn't seem to be any other clauses relating to it so I don't see why not

    Happy to be proved wrong but I don't think they can as employees of the club. PLC owns PNRLC The lady at the front desk when I went to get a hard copy of the constitution lamented that she was not allowed to vote being an employee

    You can park at the Novatel. Previous meeting there have allowed it you just have to get your parking ticket validated at the reception desk

    Auditorium is now a bowling alley. Previously it was only used a couple of times a year hence the changed use Down the track the proposed hotel will have conference rooms. AGMs will be held there I presume.
